I have just noticed a bug in the subscription system that basically meant that when commenting on a blog you didnt subscribe to that blog entry (assuming you selected the option to do so).

This bug should now be resolved.

I have just added a few new statistics to the "Statistics" page.

Keep blogging

As you probably havent noticed yet, there are some new links in the user menu.

Profile: A link to your profile.
Messaging: I have just added in a messaging system to mduk, which involved adding in some css to all of the designs, which is the main reason that I updated the menus The messaging allows users to send private messages to each other. If you have a new message, a bar will appear at the top of the page saying so.

I will add in a reply feature to the messaging system soon, and also add in a messaging box to profiles (as well as a link to a user's profile for the username in viewing the message).

While I was sorting out the CSS for the messaging, I noticed that the Old theme had a fairly major problem (the user links were taking up the whole page), which I have now fixed.

Update: I have added the reply feature and the message box on profiles now.

As some of you may remember, there were 4 buttons on the Preferences page to change several things such as enabling the chat box, hiding your blog, etc. I have just changed that so that they are a lot easier to use (just check boxes now) and also added two new options for removing swear words from your blogs (basically means that you dont have to tick the check box on the "Add blog" page every time), and one for allowing images in comments automatically (works in the same way as removing swear words).
