Terms of Service

1) This site uses cookies to allow users to login, without cookies we cannot introduce so much functionality to the site. By registering here you agree that you will accept our cookies. Any information you provide us with other than your username can be made private only. Email addresses are withheld by default. We will not pass on any data about you to third parties. Any data we hold is either entered by you, or your browser (in the case of data such as your IP address or browser name).

2) The site is the charge of the administrators named in the about us pages, these administrators will be announced if any new admins are added. The administrators are entitled to remove any material they deem inappropriate for this site. We agree with free speech, but will not allow pornographic material, nor anything deemed illegal under English law. If you spot anything you deem inappropriate, please report the offending blog, or the blog on which the offensive comment is present and we will pass judgement.

3) Please only sign up once, do not use multiple usernames, if you wish to start under a different username, please delete your old one first, this keeps our databases neater! (This can be done only by contacting an administrator)

4) Any blog entries are the users responsibility, we will not be held responsible for libellous content on another blog, but will remove it if complaints are received and acknowledged as legitimate.

5) The user is responsible for moderating any content on their own blogs, although as covered by point 2, admins will step in if necessary to remove anything deemed inappropriate from either the blog or comments.

6) This terms of service document may be amended at any time, at which time the users will be informed by a news post and can decide to remove themselves if necessary. We are unlikely to remove anything from this TOS, although adding something in the light of user abuse may be necessary in the future.
